I’ve asked before and nothing ever came of it.
I know, love. And I’d like you to consider that it was never you. You were given words somebody wrote for everybody at once, and nobody ever told you how your own sign is meant to ask — so you stood there hoping you were doing it right, which is not the same thing as being told. This time it is written down for you. You read it off the page. There is nothing left to get wrong.
Is this only for Leo?
Not at all, love — and this is the thing most women have backwards. The Lion’s Gate is the sky, not a birth chart. It opens over all 12 of us at once. Leo simply stands closest to it, the way you stand closest to a window in your own front room. Every other sign walks through the very same gate; you each do it differently, which is exactly why there are 12 guides in here and not one.
Which guide do I get?
All of them. You are not choosing at checkout and you are not receiving one twelfth of something. 12 complete guides arrive together — yours to walk, and the other 11 for your daughter, your mother, your sister, and the friend who calls you first.
Does this go against my faith?
No, love. Asking has never been the same thing as commanding. You are not ordering anything about and you are not inviting anything in — you are naming what you need and saying it out loud, which is the oldest and plainest thing a person can do. Many women write to tell me it brought them closer to their faith, not further from it.
Do I need to know anything about astrology?
Not a thing, and you do not need to be clever with a phone either. There is no chart to read, no birth time to find and nothing to look up. You need to know the month you were born in, and I have done the rest. The print is large enough to read without reaching for your glasses.
What do I need to have on hand?
One sheet of paper, a pen you like, and somewhere to put the page afterward. Every one of the 12 rituals uses the same 3 things, and they’re all already in your house.
What should I notice afterward?
Most women tell me it starts small and physical — the next time somebody reaches for you, in the half-second before you reach back, where there used to be nothing at all.
Can I do this every year?
Yes, and I hope you will. The portal opens every August. Keep your pages, love — and next year you will have something in your own hand to read back, and to leave for whoever comes after you.
What if I can’t do it on the 8th?
Then you do it on another morning. The portal is open from July 26th and closes on August 12th — the 8th is simply the day it peaks. Your sign’s guide tells you what changes if you go earlier or later.
When do I get it?
Straight away. All 12 guides are in your inbox within a couple of minutes, so you’ve time to read yours once quietly before the 8th.
What if it doesn’t feel like me?
You won’t be left with it, love. Write and tell me what didn’t sit right — I read those myself. And if it still isn’t for you, reply within 7 days and I’ll return it in full.
